Menu
The Menu in the top right allows you to:
Switch between projects if you have more than one.
Select your preferred interface language.
Change your password.
Go to this documentation and contact support.
Log Out of your account.
Statistics
The Statistics section provides an overview of financial metrics. It includes a general overview and detailed information about deposits, withdrawals, and settlements. You can discover several reports for each type of the data.
Available reports:
Overview - get a quick snapshot of the overall project results.
Deposit - track deposit statistics, conversion rates and performance of the payment systems.
Withdrawal - monitor withdrawals and usage of the payment systems.
Settlements - view settlement data and your financial results.
Transactions
This section allows you to view and manage all types of the transactions. The pages in the section contain detailed information about every single transaction. You can filter the data to find a specific one.
In A-pay, available several following transaction types:
Deposit - incoming funds.
Withdrawal - outcoming funds.
Settlement - transfers to your external accounts.
Lost transaction - displays lost transactions.
Moreover, you can:
Export data about every type of transaction for additional reporting and analysis. * Except Lost transactions.
Create a lost transaction issue on the Deposit page.
Create a manual withdrawal on the Withdrawal page.
Settings
In the Settings section, you can configure notifications, see and manage balance operations, manage users, projects and payments systems, view and download data exports, and use the request configurator.
My notifications - view notifications about events
My balance - manage your balance
Balance transfer history - shows your balance transfers
Auto balance transfer history - manage your auto transfers
Users - manage the accounts of the team members.
My projects - manage your projects and payment systems
Exports - view and download data exports for reporting and analysis.
Request Configurator - test API requests in specific cases.
